Full NADA Regatta WBYC to Yellow dock September 11, 2021

 This was the first full-course run of 2021 of the NADA regatta from the Willow Bank Yacht  Club flag-pole to the yellow dock at the NW corner of the lake, 4,670 meters. Winds were SSW at 7 knots about 60 degrees.

Mixed 2X: Jen Moffat and Barry Randall (visiting rower from San Diego): 20:53 (4,662m)

As we ramp up our scrimmage distance we inaugurated a new scrimmage distance today between Jurreler start and the old Episcopal church camp, a distance that ends up being 1823 meters.  Today was close to calm, 65 degrees and sunny. Results of the four 1x that competed:

 2021-Second rowing season of the COVID pandemic-Singles continue their chase for excellence! (Dave pushing to return to his pre-Total knee replacement (Feb, 2021) state.... 64 degrees, S winds at 4 knots.

Major damage to 5 club sweep boats, Dave Craig's Fluid Design 2X, and club equipment shed. Great support from rowing clubs, Vespoli, and Gofundme donors to rebuild inventory from scratch for the club boats.
